Capital Connections Certificate 2020

The Capital Connections Certificate is awarded in recognition of the commitment students make to their personal development in an employability context over a period of 3-4 months. Tasks undertaken are devised to replicate a typical graduate recruitment process and support the development of a professional network. To be awarded this certificate students have undertaken 4 key tasks: 1)Prepare for and complete a strengths based video interview 2) Participate in a at least 5 x 1 hour employer engagement presentation and networking events 3) Create a LinkedIn Profile and become active in building a professional profile and connections 4) Reflect on the process identifying areas for improvement and how the process has influenced their career thinking/management.
